Steve Conrad

Born and raised in San Clemente, Steve Conrad is a surf, snowboard, free diving, and fishing enthusiast. While enjoying Orange County’s abundant recreational opportunities, he grew up watching his family’s success in the field of real estate. He received his real estate license in 2000. In 2006 he opened a very successful property management branch of the business. He currently manages around 245 doors all around south Orange County. He is a full-time property manager specialist as well as a sales agent. From single leases to full-time management of houses or large apartment buildings, Steve helps clients with their investment properties every step of the way.
