Proposition 10
According to the California Association of Realtors, here are the top four points on the proposition:
1 – The government would dictate rental pricing for privately owned single-family homes.
2 – Home values would be reduced by more than 10%. According to MIT researchers, this would result in an average loss of approximately $39,000
per California homeowner.
3 – Significantly restrict what single-family homeowners can do with their homes.
4 – Could allow bureaucrats to charge homeowners a fee for taking their home off the rental market.
